Unfortunately, magnet links are not supported by  our Torrent2Exe yet. But we've added that to the list of our  possible features.

Dear User!

Please try checking "Start Torrent2Exe on the system start-up" in the Tools-> Options menu.  Once you click on the "close" button, the Torrent2Exe window will be minimized to the toolbar.

Dear User!

It seems that the server you download your files from doesn't respond. You should wait for a while until the rest of your files are downloaded automatically.

Dear User!
To access your downloaded files you can right-click on a file in the Torrent2Exe interface and select the "Open containing folder" option.

Dear User!

Please would you check whether or not the  "Start Torrent2Exe on system Start-up" option is selected.

Dear User!

Please would you check whether this folder is set as a hidden one or not? Please also check whether your file manager shows the hidden folders or not.

Dear User!

It is possible to download the rest of a torrent file.
You only need to copy your partly downloaded file, add your download URL again, pointing it to the same folder where your uncompleted file is saved.
Before you start downloading, please try checking that the peers where you download from are connected.
You can also try downloading the rest of your files from the another trackers.  Please, first enable  DHT protocol extension (in the Options), start downloading and disable DHT protocol immediately.
Please, also note that some servers do not support download resuming.

Dear User!

Could you please, specify your request?
When you save a torrent file on your hard disk, it usually starts seeding after the download process is completed from the same folder you specified by adding your download link.

Dear User!

Many thanks for contacting us and reporting this issue. Could you please, specify how long you have been using our Torren2exe client before you start experiencing the problems described?  Were you able successfully to use Torrent2exe latest version in the past or  did the problems begin after you had completed your first installation immediately?

Dear User!

As we know, Windows Media Player doesn't support  torrent downloads. You should try using any torrent client available on the Internet. As for our Torrent2exe, you can find its features description at our official web page: http://torrent2exe.com/about.php

You are welcome!

Dear User!

Please, right-click on the downloading torrent file in the Torrent2exe interface and select "0" for the speed of seedings.  Seeding can't effect your downloading speed as your downloading and uploading speeds are different things.

Unfortunately, it is very hard to help you in resolving your issues as we are not responsible for the work of proxy servers except our own. You should try contacting the owners of this proxy server.

Please, try downloading the Torrent2exe client from the web page http://torrent2exe.com/beta/ and reinstalling it. This should enable to see the program in your Add/Remove programs list. After that, please try uninstalling the program again.

Absolutely. Torrent files themselves are legal, as long as they aren't used for illegal sharing of copyrighted content. There are, however, heaps of programs legally distributed via torrents - feel free to use T2E for sharing those.

Dear User!  Unfortunately, we don't have a command line version of our Torrent2exe client yet but maybe, we'll create this version in the future. Many thanks for your request.

Dear User! There is a random port every time by default, but you can also set your own port number in the menu Tools --> Options. UPnP is supported too.
