Topic: unable 2 download files...!

My college has torrent blocked through a proxy server and to note that it is not the torrent files that r blockd but the torrent traffic is blockd. I used torrent2exe to bypass the restriction but it doesnt seem to work..Pls help!!

Details:I am connected to the internet through a proxy server through which the traffic of all the institiute passes.

Unfortunately, it is very hard to help you in resolving your issues as we are not responsible for the work of proxy servers except our own. You should try contacting the owners of this proxy server.
